Terms of Service

1. What etrip24 provides

etrip24 is software as a service that helps travel agencies structure briefs, compare proposal directions, build itineraries and estimates, manage a supplier catalog, publish proposals, export PDF, Word, and PowerPoint files, and hand work over to operations.

etrip24 is not a tour operator. It does not sell tours, book services on your behalf, or become a party to any contract between you and your clients or suppliers.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• Provide accurate information when signing up with email, Google, or Apple, and keep your credentials secure.
• If you sign up on behalf of an agency, you confirm that you have authority to bind that agency to these terms.
• Workspace Admins manage members and access, and are responsible for activity in the workspace.
• Each account is for one person. Do not share an account to exceed the number of accounts in your plan.
• Tell us at support@etrip24.net right away if you notice unauthorized access.

3. AI-generated content

Itineraries, estimates, supplier suggestions, and proposal copy produced by AI are drafts for your team to review. AI can be wrong about prices, timings, availability, destination rules, or safety.

You are responsible for checking and confirming all information before sending it to clients or acting on it. Proposals published from your workspace are your documents.

4. Your data and content

• You keep ownership of the briefs, itineraries, supplier catalog, proposals, and files you put into etrip24.
• You allow us to store, process, and transmit that content (including to AI providers) as needed to provide the service.
• When you enter personal data about clients, travelers, or suppliers, you need a lawful basis (such as consent) under applicable data protection law. We process that data on your instructions.
• Proposals shared through a public link can be viewed by anyone who has the link. You decide when to publish or withdraw them.

5. Prohibited use

• Using etrip24 for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, interfering with, or overloading the system.
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or reselling the service without our written consent.
• Attempting to bypass AI Credit limits, account limits, or permission controls.

6. Trial, plans, and payment

• The free one-month trial runs from activation, is for the account owner and includes a one-time grant of 450 AI Credits for creating proposals. No payment card is required and nothing is charged when the trial ends. Inviting members requires a paid Team plan.
• Solo and Team plans are offered for 1, 6, or 12-month terms. Prices are published on the Pricing page. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
• Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy for every term and charged in USD at the price shown at checkout; your card issuer may add a currency conversion fee. Customers in Vietnam can also pay 6 or 12-month terms in VND by bank transfer (VietQR).
• Card-paid plans renew for the chosen term until you cancel renewal. Bank-transfer plans end at the end of the term unless you pay for the next one.
• Included AI Credits are issued each month of the subscription and do not roll over. Purchased AI Credits are shared across the workspace, never expire, and are used after included credits. Free access stops after one month even if credits remain. A top-up does not extend the trial. Purchased credits and the first-top-up bonus stay in your balance; after the trial ends, upgrade to Solo or Team to use them.
• Running out of AI Credits only pauses AI actions. Non-AI features keep working during your subscription.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

7. Changes to prices and the service

We may update features, prices, or plans. Price changes never affect a term you have already paid for. If your renewal price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of infrastructure or third-party incidents. We aim to announce planned maintenance in advance.

8. Third-party services

etrip24 relies on providers such as OpenAI (AI), Lemon Squeezy (card payments), SePay (bank transfer reconciliation), Resend (email), Google and Apple (sign-in), Cloudflare, and our server hosting providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

9. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using etrip24 and cancel renewal at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay, or create security risks for the system or other users. Except in urgent cases, we will notify you first.
• After a plan ends, workspace data is retained and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you need to keep before your plan ends.

10. Intellectual property

The software, interface, etrip24 brand, and accompanying materials belong to us. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during your subscription.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or damages resulting from using AI content without review.

Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid etrip24 in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If they are not resolved within 30 days, they will be brought before the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

13. Changes and contact

For material changes, we update the effective date on this page and notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use etrip24 after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
